The large gutter drain is blocked yet again and rainwater floods the full width of the road. The photo was taken some hours after the rain had stopped.

I have reported this problem numerous times in recent years and there has been some work done, but the underlying problem remains. This is made worse when water overflows from the gutter drain near the top of Frost Lane (on the opposite side of the road) and floods down the roadside to the flooded area.
