Vehicles parking over pavement, reducing the width of pavement, especially for wheelchairs and mobility scooters

Reported via Android in the Pavements/footpaths category anonymously at 14:42, Sun 29 September 2024

Sent to West Sussex County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6529625.

The houses in Mill Road are using their gardens as parking spaces, but their vehicles over shot the pavement, causing an obstruction and narrowing the pavement substantially, there is no pavement on the opposite side of the road in this park of Mill Road, the reduced width caused would impact on wheelchairs and mobility scooters. I just don't think this is right !
