Alcohol bottles and cans

Ongoing fly tipping of alcohol cans and glass bottles outside the nursery. Issue has been going on for over a year and the police cannot do anything about it. They say its the council responsibility. More cleaning wardens are required and penalty notices handed out. There are signs on the opposite road for 'no drinking' however no notice has been taken.

A simple public bin in this area would help. Otherwise broken glass bottles could pose a risk to nursery kids where the problem is present.
