Recent highway bridge works have left spoil on verge blocking footpath access

Recent highway works under bridge and to smooth the road as it passes over the bridge has left spoil on the verge blocking access to the footpath. It appears the road edge between whiteline edge marking and kerd has simply been scraped up and dumped on verge, including covering the access point to the footpath. There is also an discarded 'uneven surface' triangular A frame left approximately 100yds East on the Southern side of the A4130 beside a garden wall.
