Broken Ticket machine

Sent to Cherwell District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6527110.

Machine No 3700 in Market Place Short term Car Park.

The machine is broken. Several people put money into the machine but were not issued with a ticket. I put £1.00 in and saw several others do the same. I reported this to a traffic warden. How do I claim my moneyback?
