20/30 speed limit sign totally obscured

Junction of A415 and Aston Road at Brighthampton. On entering Aston Rd from Witney direction 20 mph speed limit sign on right hand side is totally obscured by overhanging tree in adjoining garden. Also applies to 30 mph sign when joining A415.
