Right of way blocked / difficult to safely navigate

The public footpath which runs through the garden of Rank Cottage and then another property to Steeles Farm from Ashmansworth Memorial Lane is blocked with weeds/stinging nettles, a compost heap, dumped items such as a lawnmower and ladder. It is dangerous and difficult to navigate. The worst section is the area marked on the map and pictured. However the section of path besides this that runs through the garden of Rank Cottage to Ashmansworth Memorial Lane also has a broken gate and is blocked by a garden tree.
