Footpath is unfinished

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6523411.

Between The Florins and the HCC footpath, the new path is unfinished with a sand coating, rather than tarmac. The housing is finished and builders office now closed. My 76 year old friend fell in this section when she was out walking alone, as the sand is now wet and slippery.
