Sent to Lincolnshire County Council 1 minute later. Council ref: 2819001.

The road is closed apparently by some telephone e company but NO SIGNS to state this so if you leave Dunholme village hall you get up to Daniel Charles and have to turn round. I feel this is so wrong and wasting peoples time.
