Sent to Cardiff Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6522990.

So cardboard wasn’t collected last week as there bin was full, I left one box under blue bag as it wouldn’t fit in bag due to non collection last week and they didn’t take it! Pure lazy! I want a reduction in council tax for lack of service!
