Traffic destabilising our Grade II listed wall and destroying our victorian brick drain

Sent to Breckland District Council and Norfolk County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6521565.
Over large commercial and agricultural traffic have and are eroding the verge next to our wall, which has an Elizabethan floating foundation (grade II listed). This is costing me thousands of pounds to repair and maintain but you have not provided any traffic management solution to fix. You have previously removed material I put in place to prevent this damage. I have requested a fix from yourselves but that has been ignored. I also own land across the lane which has a Victorian brick built drainage pipe which, as I am also responsible for the maintenance of the continuing ditch, I assume I am responsible for repair and maintenance. If you are responsible for this please tell me otherwise I will take action to prevent vehicles driving on the verge While awaiting your reply, I will restrict the ability of people to drive on to the verge which lies over the pipe to stop traffic damage and on the minimal verge remaining next to the listed wall. If you don't respond I will consider taking civil action for negligence on you behalf for not defining the lane as narrow, not suitable for large vehicle (commercial or agricultural) and no restricted speed limit. Looking at case law, your standard 3 foot, rule does not apply.

Grade II Elizabethan wall is being destabilised by over large commercial and agricultural machinery driving down a single width narrow lane with a blind corner. Traffic is speeding and eroding the verge and pushing earth against the wall foundation.
