Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6521303.

Soakaway/ dirches blocked and drainage blocked causing road to flood ditch on left hand side if leaving hordle doesn't seem to drain away and courses flooding in heavy rain when it bursts its band seems like if it has a drain pipe from the ditch it is blocked as the water doesn't leave the ditch just fills and overflows the road
