Flytipping & Rubbish Left by Waste Disposal Workers

- Someone has dumped a single mattress which has now been there for a couple weeks. - There is a blue glass caddy that has been there for months, someone has just left it there, no one has claimed it. - 2x Mattresses were booked in by owner in corner house where waste is from, for collection by council. They were covered with plastic as requested by council. The council came to collect and just left big, plastic covering sheets on the street! This is not acceptable and is the 2nd incident of this sort. - Waste collectors on Friday, knocked over the corner house's black wheelie bin and a bag of rubbish fell out and spilled out a load of waste which includes, full and soiled nappies and dog excrement!! They did not pick anything up and just left it there. This is now all over the ground in the way of people walking on the road and cars going over it, spreading it everywhere. It needs to be removed and cleaned up. This is not acceptable. We neighbours, have all recieved a letter with threat to fine us due to state of street, for things that are happening out of our control and partly due to fault of Cardiff Council and Waste collectors. Please advise if I need to make a formal complaint. In the mean time, can we get all the above issues resolved and the area cleaned up to a civil state again. Thank you
