Main bin collection

For several months now the fortnightly collection of the main rubbish bin has not been collected on the assigned Monday. Despite notifying the council of this ‘missed’ collection, it is still not collected after several days on the street?? During this time, the bin is kicked over bu school kids or nighttime revellers. In turn, this invites foxes and rats to tuck in to the contents!! I then have to clear this up before bringing the bin back into my garden. No word from the council at all. My main rubbish therefore stacks up for a month before the next due date. This is outrageous when we pay our council taxes for such collections
