Due to poor road surface , lots of weeds in pavement

Due to the road being dug up several times over the last few years, there are big 'pot holes' between the road and the pavement . I tried to remove these myself but they grow back within days . The road surface needs fixing also to stop these growing back! Being by the cycle track, this attracts lots of unwanted attention from dogs also , making it not a nice environment . It's too much for me to manage . The worst bit as at the bottom of clevedon road , where it's a thick layer of weeds in big recesses .
