Metal barrier at edge of road over brook on Somerton Road is falling down

The barrier was installed a year or two ago at the side of Somerton Rd. (at what3words address partner.contained.flips) above a small brook - presumably to warn people about the brook. A few months ago one of the crossbars became dislocated at one end, and today I see that the other crossbar has fallen. The repair looks like it should be easy with the right tools.
