Growing into the road way

The bushes are growing into the road way, when the illegal parking happens on the kerb side the road becomes single lane and locals vehicles are being scratched due to the over grown bushes, we have reported the illegal parking also, this is being looked at, please could we have a hedge trim before winter sets in
