Allotment hedges not cut, top and outside.

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6508680.

The hedges on the Tugmutton side of the site have not been cut. This is a contractual condition. The council have not done this for at least 2 years. The allotment contract that they shall be kept at 2.0m outside and tops are the responsibility of the council. Earlier fix it feedback said that this would be done in September.. Not done as yet.
