Blocked gullies last cleared in 2018. I have been reporting this issue for the last 3 years.

The gullies remain block all along the road in front of our property. There are 3. They were last cleared in 2018. I have reported this problem and the flooding and subsequent damage it is causing to our driveway and that of our neighbours on 3 previous occasions. Nothing has yet been done. The blocked gullies are preventing run off water from the field and heavy rain fall from draining away, leading to severe flooding in Uffington and causing the village to be blocked off from non SUV drivers. This has been the case for the last 3 years. I am reporting this again and bringing to your attention again that Oxfordshire county council will be liable for any flood damage as a result of not having cleared the gullies and drainage for 6 years. Gullies should be cleared at least every 2 years - this is Oxfordshire county council’s own directive. I request yet again that you clear the gullies and fulfill your obligations which are paid for by the tax payer.
