Blocked drain halfway up Parson's Hill, Arundel

Reported via desktop in the Roads/highways category by Fiona Murray at 00:40, Tue 24 September 2024

Sent to West Sussex County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6507341.

Blocked drain halfway up Parson's Hill, Arundel. I'm new to the area, but this looks as though it has been blocked for a long time. Given that heavier rainfall is becoming more common, anything that helps the roads cope with water runoff will also prevent flooding at the lower levels of the town.

  • This drain halfway up Parsons Hill, Arundel is still very blocked. If the Council have abandoned it they should fill it in while sorting out the other developing pot holes and deteriorating tarmac on that side of the road to stop cars hitting the dip of it.

Preferably ot would get cleared and put back into use. Will re-report via the correct Council link.
