Car constantly parking on double yellow lines
Sent to Waltham Forest Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6507224.
Same car keeps parking outside our property at 4 Rensburg Road on double yellow lines. Car is usually sat for a while with engine on/loud music playing, using illegal substances and then owner goes inside. This happens night after night. We have reported to police too but nothing has been done.
