Drains failing to empty on North side of High St outside numbers 69-81. Has been a problem for months.. Vehicles driving through (ignoring speed limit) sending water into some properties.

  • Thank you for proactively bringing the drainage issue at High Street to our attention. Your vigilance helps us maintain the quality of our highways. We are pleased to inform you that the Parish or Town of Drayton is scheduled for gully emptying in the third quarter of this financial year. While severe weather may cause delays, we are committed to thoroughly cleansing all Highway Surface Water Assets in the area within this timeframe.
