Reported several times, and you've wormed out of it yet again!!!! before and you say resolved but that's because your Council mentality tells you to go and inspect a large puddle on the pavement after several days of no rain. Here's a tip for you....it will dry up after no rain!!! What about checking when it's been raining.....you're welcome! Large deep puddle on pavement making it impossible to walk on the pavement without walking through 2 inch deep water
I have to look after my shoes these days as all my money gets spent on CEC Council tax
