    12:00 Monday 23rd Yet again flooding outside 69 and 71 showing wash from bus and two lost wheel trims from a very fast car earlier. The road drain outside 69/71 is taking NO rain water at all. Someone needs to come and see this NOW

While severe weather may cause delays, we are committed to thoroughly cleansing all Highway Surface Water Assets in the area within this timeframe.
