Another one for you to ignore As a result of not maintaining the drains and gullies on Canal Road the rainwater runs down and carries silt to the corner which quickly fills the drain making it redundant this causes flood and a build up of mud that gets worse this is at the junction and during cold weather the water freezes making it dangerous to cross Also the water is carried by vehicles and this then freezes which becomes a skid hazard When will CEC highways resolve this issue that has been going on for years Maintakn the drains FFS ignoring them will result in even greater cost Penny Wise Pound Foolish USELESS
