Blocked street gully

The gully (in the public street) has been blocked constantly, causing flooding to our homes at 14 and 13 binder close. The Flooding today resulted in the fire service having to come out aswell. This issue happened last year and we also raised a concern about it but it still hasn’t been dealt with.
