Sent to Leeds City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6501104.

The restaurant 'Mumbai of Rodley' consistently has delivery drivers parking illegally, blocking the road and the entrance to Richmond Court, making it dangerous to leave the property (especially for pets and children). There is also a lot of litter especially cigarette butts from restaurant workers and delivery drivers all over the entrance to Richmond Court.
