Pathway needs extra gravel.
Reported via mobile in the Park Repairs category anonymously at 19:20, Sun 22 September 2024 using FixMyStreet Pro
Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6500943.
There are two places on the gravel pathway that has dips and fill with water after it’s rained. Please can these two places have extra grey gravel placed in these dips and properly flattened in to make it easier for wheelchair users and pushchairs to travel through the park. At present the two dips make it difficult and also the dips mean prams and wheelchairs are getting soaked due to the water collecting in the dips.

Thank you for your report. Budget for reactive repairs to parks infrastructure is prioritised according to risk assessment with spend allocated to those items that present the highest health and safety risks. Unfortunately, we are unable to action a repair at this time, but this will remain under review, and may be considered for our planned programme of repairs either later in this financial year or within Financial Year 2025/26. The area has been checked and is not considered to present a health and safety risk. We will continue to undertake regular safety inspections and address any reported issues. This report has now been closed on Fix My Street, but we will as outlined continue to monitor.
