Parking space markings worn away

There is a real problem with parking on pavements on Windmill Gardens. Cars are permitted to park partially on the pavement, however they frequently park so far onto the pavement that it is impossible to get past and pedestrians are forced to walk in the road. Part of the problem is that the markings on the pavement are worn away, so that it is not obvious where the edge of the permitted parking area is. Repainting these lines would help hugely.
