Sent to Richmond upon Thames Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6497647.

The manhole cover on Cambridge Road before turn onto Manor Road has not been fixed back correctly from a few weeks ago. It clanks every time a car goes over it now, which is most annoying for me everyone living near. Could it be reduced?
