Traffic Lights incorrectly set

These lights aren’t setup correctly. They should be operating off the induction coil triggered timer not just a timer. They are causing significant congestion unnecessarily. Cars are continually being stopped at the lights when there is no traffic going into or coming out of the Woburn Downs development. These lights/development should have never been granted permission on this busy and critical section of the A4146. It should have been a simple no right turn junction into/out of the development given the proximity to existing roundabouts.
