Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6494866.

My grandson got locked into the toilet because as the door closed , it locked without him turning the knob. It was very stiff and i couldn’t turn it from outside. As its a full size door (floor to ceiling) he couldn’t even crawl out! Luckily a passing man was able to open lock from outside . But why are the doors from floor to ceiling so noone can get out if stuck? I was ready to call 999
