The sycamore street tre which I reported is still causing problems. Two men with a hedge trimmer cut back foliage over the footpath but the low branches over my driveway are scraping vehicles which also breaks off bits of wood. The tree canopy needs lifting, as with the other street trees, in order for it to stop causing damage to property

If repair work is required, it will either be classed as urgent or will be put into a planned programme of works to ensure it is repaired as efficiently as possible.
In some cases a temporary repair will be needed, to make the area safe, then engineers will return to make a permanent repair.
