Gully, What Gully? It's fully blocked

This gully has bene like this for over 6months. All of the Gully's along the Broughton Road, from Balmoral along to Saltway Farm Shop/Milestone Farm, have recently been cleaned, but this one wasn't. Why? I assume it's because the contractors couldn't see it, so didn't know it was there. Needs cleaning and clearing to prevent flooding.
