The original rubbish is still there, it's also been added to, there is also now a dumped sofa.
This is the public path in-between white street and Melrose street, if you don't know how to get there walk all the way down white street and keep going and it's all there. You've marked it as complete when it's not been touched, also there is more dumped rubbish on the street again, as advised would happen without street cameras.
