Nuisance Parking by Ignorant Parents waiting for School Kids

For any school function or morning/afternoon looe gardens gets blocked up and parents seem to constantly be parking infront of our property 41, and next door 39 Looe Gardens, every day now, i don't know wether their can be any road markings or yellow lines to try keep these people clear of driveways? It seems to be getting worse week by week.
