Over grown hanging over the pavement

I have reported this house last year now it is worse than ever. People can hardly pass by on the pavement anyone in s wheelchair or with a baby buggy will need to go over the grass verge. Can you please get something done about this overgrown garden. It's a mess and residents are talking about how unsightly it has become.

  • It is getting worse than ever. Due to high winds Pampas grass are now overhanging the pavement.
