Cars parking on narrow pavement meaning people have to walk in road with push chairs etc on an already very busy roundabout junction.

This is endemic in this area. Rectory Lane, Hayes Road, etc. Cars all over the path and with double yellow lines. New single yellow lines on Whittaker Lane were literally not dry before cars all over them. What does it take for the police or the council to sort this? Pavements are not for parking on, especially when there is plenty of room on the road.
