Graffiti still left on Army Reserve Centre wall (although a lot has been cleaned off). Also new graffiti on artist workshop building on river path next to Army Reserve Centre. The graffiti gives a poor impression of the quality of life in Bath to visitors and users of the river path, river and Elizabeth Park.
