Due totree roots this is making path uneven.

Due to this issue my patient can not use his wheelchair up this path as its too uneven and therefore it would tip the wheelchair. This is causing him significant problems with his disability and preventing him accessing his GP surgery which is in this location. Please do not hesitate to contact me if your require any further detail. My patient reports this is impacting his neighbor's as well. Please can this be addressed as it disabling my patient and preventing him from being able to access medical services and wider community.
