Lights not working in lane outside 25 and 29 Denleigh closr

These lamps are in front of houses in the lane. I also need to tell you that when new lamp outside no 25 was installed a big branch in an ash tree was broken and is now hanging dangerously, could fall any minute onto walkers in the lane.
