Sent to Halton Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6484515.

Red car parked close to bushes and corner of road outside home with empty driveway. This issue had been going on for several school months, leading to myself pushing my pram into road to go round. Today a car came into road not seeing me and had to swerve as I couldn't access path due to parking and bushes being unmaintained. This is not the first time.
