Request for shelter, Terrell Gardens NW-bound bus stop

Reported via mobile in the Request shelter installed category anonymously at 20:42, Tue 17 September 2024 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6483306.

As the provided photo shows, the Terrell Gardens NW-bound bus stop currently does not have a shelter, despite the Terrell Gardens E-bound bus stop having a shelter nearby.

As part of the East Bristol Liveable Neighbourhood Trial, a bus gate is due to be installed at the junction of Avonvale Road and Pile Marsh close by, which is supposed to increase reliance of bus services.

I would like to request a shelter for the Terrell Gardens NW-bound bus stop not only to benefit local residents who use this stop, but also to go alongside the bus gate and other public transport changes that will be implemented before the end of the year as part of the East Bristol Liveable Neighbourhood Scheme Trial.
