Traffic lights cock hotel timings

Northbound traffic doesn't get long enough to flow through. This causes traffic to back up to the Aldi on kingsthorpe road even on non busy times

The left filter arrow at the bottom of these lights does not light/repeat when the left filter light against the Cock Inn when approaching from Mill Lane lights,
Thus the first car in the left hand lane cannot see the filter light against the Cock and cannot see a working repeater on the opposite causing frustration from other cars in the queue
This has not been working for at least two months
