Redlands lane traffic lights

The lights at the top of Redlands Lane meeting the Avenue have recently had a change in sequence, in the morning its dire trying to get out off Redlands Lane, lights letting through 5 cars then having to wait 3-4 mins to change again, this never was a problem before but now it’s backing up all the way to the bridge and taking 10 mins to get through.
