Illegal e-bikes

Sent to Leicester City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6480303.

An illegal e-bike is one that exceeds the permitted speed for such and/or one that requires no pedaling. These are therefore motorcycles. At least one of these can be seen every minute in this area.
