Hedge coming out on path overgrown nextr door to magistrats court

Missed as normaly workmen do part of the garden and never complete the rest on cambridge terrace side outside flat 2 to magistrates court hedge up to first floor second time reporting being used by public toilet by drunks shop lifters druggies bottom floor is for disabled people never been touched for over a year still 4 ft weeds outside enterance to flat 3 waiting for them to trip over all 3 use zimmer frames and disabled magistrates and car park all done but not residents gardens
