I would like to report a Bill Plant driving instructor who left one of students in the car running while parked in a Instavolt EV parking bay in McDonald's, I was wanting to charge my vehicle and when he finally came out of McDonald's after at least 5 minutes he was unapologetic and actually thought he had a right to leave his student in a vehicle unattended while parked in a EV bay.
