Disabled bay painted across dropped curb

This active Disabled Bay blocks the dropped curb used by many people as well as the person with a disability. Parking is tight in Wykeham Field so the disabled person usually has to use the full bay and thus block the dropped curb. Please repaint the bay clear of the dropped curb (hoping this is obvious). Parking and access can create tension and arguments in communities so please help us to solve this issue.
