Very large pothole and failure of sub surface layers.

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 1 minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6475363.

Pothole so large and deep that the underside of my car's front scrapped the ground as the car dropped into the hole. As wide as a car and at least 20cm deep.
